Are you an established Account Manager with experience of selling sensors for Powertrain / Driveline applications?

If so we would love to speak with you about a Key Account Manager vacancy, with a leading 1st tier supplier based in Farmington Hills.



Purpose and Summary of position:

  • Establish, enhance and maintain relationships with priority OEM Corporate Accounts, such as GM, Ford and FCA, as the primary interface.
  • Map out decision makers and influencers
  • Develop a contact plan around the decision makers
  • Develop quotations for business wins
  • Meet sakes targets
  • Negotiate with customers
  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Attend weekly sales meeting

 

 

Commodity Experience required:

  • Powertrain / Driveline sensors.

 

Customer experience required:

Ford, GM, FCA

 

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

 

  • 4 year college degree, BS Engineering preferred
  • Technical and sales experience of 5+ years in the field
  • Strategic sales experience and evidence of success with OEM customers
  • Must travel on an as needed basis
  • Work ours on an as needed basis
  • Potential for both global hours and travel
  • Sensors experience.
